THE MENTORING PARTNERSHIP ADVANCES MENTORING IN WESTERN PA TO IGNITE COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT, STRENGTHEN PROGRAMS AND EMPOWER YOUTH TO SUCCEED IN LIFE. THE ORGANIZATION PROMOTES THE IMPORTANCE OF QUALITY MENTORING, DELIVERS TRAINING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR THE STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS OF LOCAL YOUTH MENTORING PROGRAMS.
