TO RAISE AWARENESS ABOUT THREATS TO OFFICER SAFETY, PROVIDE ADVOCACY IN SUPPORT OF FALLEN OFFICER FAMILIES, AND TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO ALL IMPACTED FAMILIES AS WELL AS PROVIDE EDUCATION AND SUPPORT PROGRAMS THAT ENCOURAGE LAW ENFORCEMENT AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT.
