THE PATIENT REVOLUTION IS THE ORGANIZATIONAL BACKBONE FOR A MOVEMENT OF CARE, WORKING TO INSPIRE, EDUCATE, EQUIP, AND ACTIVATE THOSE WHO ARE MOTIVATED TO ACT LOCALLY AND IN PARTNERSHIP TO CREATE RADICAL CHANGE IN HEALTHCARE. CORE PROGRAMS INCLUDE THE SCHOOL (FOUNDATIONS OF CARE COURSE, BOARDS THAT CARE OFFERING), THE COMMUNITY (WHICH INCLUDES OVER 140+ GLOBAL FELLOWS), GREENHOUSE, A THINK AND DO TANK THAT SUPPORTS PARTNERSHIPS AND COLLABORATIONS.
