WE ASSIST PEOPLE IN BUILDING OR RESTORING THEIR INDEPENDENCE THROUGH SKILLS TRAINING, EDUCATION AND EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES THAT ENCOURAGES THEM TO BE GAINFULLY EMPLOYED, BECOME INVOLVED IN THEIR LOCAL COMMUNITY, AND GIVE VOICE TO BLIND AND VISUALLY-IMPAIRED TEXANS.
