THE PROVISION OF PRIMARY CARE SERVICES, INCLUDING PREVENTIVE CARE, WELLNESS, DENTAL AND DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES TO THE RURAL POPULATION OF SOUTHERN WEST VIRGINIA, AND TO ADDITIONALLY TO PROVIDE QUALITY HEALTH CARE TO PATIENTS THAT HAVE A LIMITED ABILITY TO PAY.
