OUR PRIMARY SERVICE AREA IS THE 21 TOWNS IN NORTHEAST CONNECTICUT. CLIENT SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE IN 8 LOCATIONS, INCLUDING THREE MAIN OFFICES LOCATED IN DAYVILLE, WAUREGAN AND WINDHAM.
