Victor's mission is "to be a catalyst for sustained improvement in the lives of those we touch." This mission is operationalized through a broad array of programs and services serving people of all ages. Our services are also provided to multiple customers including County Departments of Mental Health, Social Services and Probation. Additionally we contract with Schools, private insurance companies and other not for profits to meet the needs of our diverse clients. Service models include home, school and office based outpatient mental health programs, family and community support programming, prevention & early intervention models, wraparound services, as well as training and technical assistance to other organizations. In all cases, our focus and commitment is to delivering measurable outcomes in the most cost effective manner possible. This is accomplished through effective partnerships and through the realization of our values of Teamwork, Excellence, Adaptability and being Mission
