TO OPERATE A NON-PROFIT COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER PROVIDING MEDICAL AND OTHER SERVICES TO OUR RESIDENTS WITHIN A DEFINED GEOGRAPHIC AREA IN THE WESTERN AND EASTERN PARTS OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, AND ALSO TO NON-RESIDENTS OF THE SERVICE AREA AND VISITORS TO THE SERVICE AREA WHO FROM TIME TO TIME MAY NEED SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE HEALTH CENTER.
