THE ORGANIZATION'S WORK HAS BEEN UNIQUELY STRATEGIC AND IMPACTFUL, ENGAGING AND CONVENING PEOPLE FROM ALL WALKS OF LIFE TO CREATE A TRULY COLLECTIVE AND "POWERFUL" VOICE FOR WOMEN. IN 2020, WOMEN'S WAY IMPLEMENTED A THREE-YEAR STRATEGIC PLAN FOCUSED ON CONNECTING AND EMPOWERING THE COMMUNITY AND CULTIVATING HIGH IMPACT PHILANTHROPY ACROSS THE REGION. OUR WORK IS GUIDED BY FOUR PILLARS OF FOCUS: 1) ADVANCING REPRODUCTIVE JUSTICE AND SEXUAL HEALTH, 2) INCREASING SAFETY AGAINST GENDER-BASED VIOLENCE, 3) PROMOTING ECONOMIC SELF-SUFFICIENCY AND JUSTICE, AND 4) DEVELOPING THE LEADERSHIP OF GIRLS AND YOUNG WOMEN. WE ADDRESS THESE ISSUES THROUGH THREE KEY PROGRAMS: GRANTMAKING, RESEARCH, AND EDUCATION.
