To promote, support, seek financial assistance and generate funds for the restoration, enhancement and preservation of the historical character of the Bellville Turnverein together with its adjacent grounds and adjoining structures, and to maintain and operate the Bellville Turnverein following restoration under a long-term lease with the City of Bellville, Texas.
