THE FOUNDATION ALSO ADMINISTERS SCHOLARSHIPS FOR GRADUATES FROM PUBLIC AND PRIVATE HIGH SCHOOLS LOCATED WITHIN THE GEOGRAPHICAL BOUNDARIES OF THE DALLAS SCHOOL DISTRICT AND REGISTERED WITH THE STATE OF OREGON DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION.
