GAMECOCK CLUB

Misión

The Gamecock Club is organized exclusively for charitable, academic, and educational purposes, including, for such purposes, making of distributions to organizations which qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or the corresponding section of any future United States internal revenue law. The Gamecock Club has been organized, and at all times shall be operated, exclusively for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, and to carry out the purposes of the University of South Carolina (USC), an institution of higher learning and agency of the State, in connection with its athletic programs and support of its Athletic Department.
