The Foundation will carry out a portion of the Outreach Ministry of the Mission Church at Fort Wayne, Inc. and it is designed to facilitate the involvement of the supported organization's members and attendees as they strive to embody the Gospel of Jesus Christ throughout the city of Fort Wayne by engaging in charitable, educational and religious activities.
