Misión

1) To further charitable purposes by charitable grant making; provided that all such grants shall be made to organizations or entities exempt from federal income tax under 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.2) To accept, hold, invest, reinvest and administer any gifts, bequests, devises, benefit of trusts and property of any kind and nature whatsoever, without limitation as to the nature or value there of and to use, disburse or donate the income or principal thereof for charitable purposes.3) To acquire, own, manage, develop, rehabilitate, sell, lease, encumber, or transfer real or personal property in connection with or incidental to charitable purposes.4) To participate in charitable arrangements of all kinds to the extent permitted by law and to act as trustee, or in any other capacity, with respect to any such arrangement.5) To do everything necessary or incidental for charitable purposes not forbidden by the Colorado Revised Nonprofit Corporation Act and to be irrevocably ded
