The Corporation is organized for the purpose of developing regulating and promoting competitive baseball softball and other sport related activities at the amateur level. The purposes for which the Corporation is organized include but are not limited to organization of teams for the development and promotion of competitive baseball and softball. The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and education purposes within the meaning of Section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code.
