KPAL's mission is help control the companion animal over-population on the Kenai Peninsula and to provide abandoned abused neglected animals with everything they need to succeed in a forever home. KPAL has taken in more than 1000 animals since getting started. Animals are fostered given a home and medical attention. KPAL fosters the animals until an appropriate home can be found. KPAL hosts spay neuter clinics as often as possible to help the Kenai Peninsula community get their animals spayed neutered at a reduced cost.
