LAKE INTERVALE MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION

Provide for the recurrent maintenance, operation and administration of the lake, pavilion, dam, beach, recreation areas, equipment, parking areas and access rights of the way to the lake. Establish and implement plans and programs necessary for proper long- term maintenance and improvement of all items as set forth above. Provide surveillance over those matters relating to the safety, health and welfare of the community as it directly relates to the property as outlined above. Establish plans and programs to safeguard perpetual easement for the use and enjoyment of the lake and facilities.
