Misión

Mandir is a unique devotee-run & devotee-owned temple. The Mandir provides spiritual, religious, educational, and charitable services for and to the local community. Mandir is 'for, by and of' the devotees and managed by self-motivated volunteers offering their time, talent, and treasure and striving for a superior experience to all. 100 of contributions go to the Mandir and not to any individual. Major Events: 1. Maha Shivaratri is an annual festival dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva. Unlike most Hindu festivals which are celebrated during the day, the Maha Shivaratri is celebrated at night. In the Gregorian calendar, the day falls in either February or March. 2. Janmashtami is a Hindu festival celebrating the birth of the god Krishna on the eighth day of the dark fortnight of the month of Bhadrapada AugustSeptember. 3. Navratri means nine nights - nava nine ratri night. Navratri is celebrates victory of good over evil.
