Over the years this have proven to be an effective tool in preventing proposed Legislation that would have been potentially harmful to our industry. The cost of his services is shared equally by ESA of MO, KCBFAA and AAGSL.b. Sponsor NTS Training Classesc. Hold an Annual Conference. The focus of the Conference is Dealer Business Development. Attendees were welcome to attend the Conference with their only cost being Lodging and Transportation. ESA of MO depends on Membership Dues, Sponsorships and Donations to offset the cost of the Conference.
