Misión

This corporation is a nonprofit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for charitable purposes. The purposes for which this corporation is formed are exclusively charitable within the meaning of Section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. Specifically, to serve individuals and families in the poorest communities in the world. The corporation shall provide essential financial and material assistance to individuals and families OR to charitable organizations which provide essential financials and material assistance to individuals and family in the world.
