Misión

"To enable any person; without any discrimination of caste, creed, color, race, religion, nationality, economic, orientation, educational and social status; to learn the classical, contemporary and folkdances and performing arts of India and participate freely and fully without any reservations in the celebrations of life and diversity through the universal language of dance and music." Over the years, MDS has had an increase in the number of students, teachers, and classes for different age groups: from the tender age of 3 to the mature age of 60 plus; and an increase in locations of these classes. MDS foundation of be based on teaching the classical dance form of "KATHAK" which is derived from the word "KATHA" meaning story telling. MDS is also a cultural resource for various Colorado school districts and universities. MDS main aim is to celebrate diversity and spread unity through performances in the universal language of dance and music. Free performances for under served areas.
