TO OWN AND MANAGE TWO ROOMING HOUSE FACILITIES WHICH ARE USED BY UNDERGRADUATE MEMBERS AS A FRATERNITY HOUSE. THIS INCLUDES MAINTAINING AN "HONORS LODGE" WHOSE PURPOSE IS TO FOSTER EDUCATIONAL EXCELLENCE FOR THE UNDERGRADUATE MEMBERS.
