Misión

Park South Y NMTC, Inc. is a Texas nonprofit corporation, organized and operated to conduct or support activities for the benefit of or to carry out the purposes of Young Men's Christian Association of Metropolitan Dallas, Inc. (the "YMCA"), a Texas nonprofit corporation exempt from federal income taxation under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code"). In furtherance of such purposes, Applicant will acquire, develop, improve, maintain, and lease to the YMCA certain real property and improvements located in Dallas, Texas.
