(2) TRAIN THE PUBLIC IN THE RESPONSIBLE USE OF FIREARMS BY PROVIDING CONCEALED WEAPON AND MARKSMANSHIP PROGRAMS AND CLASSES. (3) ENCOURAGE AND PROMOTE RIFLE AND PISTOL COMPETITION BY PARTICIPATION IN PROGRAMS OF THE NATIONAL BOARD OF RIFLE PRACTICES.
