Precious AFC Home. Inc. has been established primarily to provide specialized services to mentally ill and/or developmentally disabled adults. Secondary diagnosis will be reviewed if client needs can be met. The population will consist of male and female (ranging in ages 21-75) The program and services provided at the Precious AFC Home. Inc. shall include necessary basic self-care and rehabilitation training for the residents. Basic selfcare will teach and reinforce skills in dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, toileting, and following simple directions. Behavioral management, occupational therapy, recreational therapy, physical therapy, personal adjustment services will be provided to residents through counseling and individual therapy. Precious AFC Home. Inc. will provide counseling and will make arrangements regarding professional counseling
