Form 990 - Organization's MissionThe Queen Creek Cultural Foundation's mission is to enrich the quality of life within our community by presenting Professinal Theatre, coupled with an Educational Outreach and Family Theatre Program, while nuturing and developing emerging talent.Form 990, Part I, Line 6Volunteer ushers are utilized during community theatre productions and otner events. Board members volunteer their time in management of the organization as stated on Part VII Section A, Part B - Schedule of average hours per week.Form 990 Part VI, Line 11b - Organization's Process to Review From 990. The Principal Officer reviews the accuracy of the Form 990 before filing with the Internal Revenue Service, annually.
