Misión

To make a significant contribution to the public welfare by providing rental housing for senior citizens age 62 and older or handicapped and/or disabled applicants with low income.To operate rental housing in a not-for-profit manner with no personal gain accruing to The Routt County Foundation for Senior Citizens, Inc. (referred to as the Owner) or the Board of Directors and Officers, except for professional services authorized and rendered.To make such charges for rental housing necessary only to amortize cost of construction, operation, and maintenance in as economical a manner as possible.To provide a broad base of membership in the community.
