The clients must fall under specific income levels bother personally and within the family to be eligible.The organization receives its income from contracts from the Federal Department of Labor, Health and Human Services, Housing and Urban Development, The Department of Economic Securitym and Pima County. These contracts are administeredd by the Pima County Community Services Department. They are expressly designated to provide training language, job skills, on-the-job taining, and related consultations in order to provide employment opportunities for those at low-income levels- youth and adult.
