The Corporation is formed exclusively for the promotion of social welfare within the meaning of Section 501c4 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 as amended the Code including but not limited to defending the rights of its members and other owners of residential property in Summit County Colorado to use their residential properties as short-term rentals. The Corporation may carry on any other lawful activity consistent with the Articles of Incorporation its Bylaws and the Act each as may be amended from time to time
