Misión
The VABC Development Corporation was organized to combat community deterioration by assisting, promoting, and encouraging development of affordable and senior housing and revitalization of blighted areas to enhance, enrich, and promote the quality of life in the community and improve human and educational opportunities of residents, and provide workforce and skills development, job training, employment opportunities and entrepreneurial development for socially and economically disadvantaged persons.
