Misión

We are a volunteer-driven, non-profit health promotion organization that exists to provide comprehensive, timely, and cost-effective care to the uninsured and underinsured in order to empower communities to improve their health and well-being through community-based partnerships. ?We believe this is a ministry firmly grounded in the belief that health is the result of multifactorial processes which encompasses the physical, mental, spiritual, and social aspects of our being. We address these elements by providing direct care or linkages to partners who help us fulfill our mission. We advocate for primary prevention practices and firmly assert that prevention is necessary to both individual and population health improvements.
