AFTER DEVELOPMENT, ACOF OPERATES THE HOUSING AND ENSURES THE PROVISION OF SUPPORTIVE SERVICES TO TENANT. ACOF PROVIDES SUPPORTIVE SERVICES TO APPROXIMATELY HALF OF THE BUILDINGS IN ITS PORTFOLIO, AND PARTNERS WITH COMMUNITY-BASED SOCIAL SERVICE AGENCIES TO PROVIDE SERVICES IN ITS REMAINING BUILDINGS.
