TO AID AND ASSIST ALL AFFILIATED LOCAL UNIONS WITHIN THE CONSTRUCTION TRADE BY PROVIDING INFORMATION THAT ENABLES BEST PRACTICES IN CONSTRUCTION ACROSS OHIO. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO SEEKS TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ON CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY POLICIES THAT IT ENDORSES.
