THE ORGANIZATION IS A COMMUNITY BASED ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ENTITY SERVING THE 32 COUNTIES OF APPALACHIA OHIO. ITS MISSION IS TO BUILD THE CAPACITY OF APPALACHIAN COMMUNITIES TO NETWORK, WORK TOGETHER AND INNOVATE TO CREATE A DYNAMIC SUSTAINABLE REGIONAL ECONOMY.
