THE MISSION OF CASA OF WEST TEXAS IS TO RECRUIT, TRAIN AND SUPPORT COMMITTED VOLUNTEERS WHO ARE APPOINTED BY THE COURT TO ADVOCATE FOR THE BEST INTEREST OF CHILDREN IN THE FOSTER CARE SYSTEM.
