To provide access to quality, cost-effective health and oral (dental) care to the community, especially where there is a shortage, through the development and implementation of programs without regard to age, race, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, religion, political beliefs or ability to pay. We believe that all people have the right to quality health care and that such access will improve the health of the entire community.
