CHMC COMMUNITY HEALTH SERVICES NETWORK ("CHSN") IS ORGANIZED AND OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY TO SUPPORT CINCINNATI CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL MEDICAL CENTER ("CCHMC") IN CCHMC'S EFFORTS TO PROVIDE MEDICAL SERVICES TO ALL OF THE CHILDREN IN THE COMMUNITY.
