Mission
The mission is to deliver quality home health services, in good faith and to minister to the unique needs of each individual with respect, dignity, and compassion. We serve with direct care services, community-based programs, disease management programs and spiritual care. We also support member 501(c)(3) organizations with distributions of $12,000,000. For fiscal year ending 06/30/2023, a total of $43,490 in services was rendered as benevolent care.
