THROUGH FUNDRAISING, EDUCATION AND ADVOCACY, COOK COUNTY HEALTH FOUNDATION SUPPORTS HIGH-QUALITY, RESPECTFUL AND RESPONSIVE HEALTH CARE FOR ALL THROUGH OUR PUBLIC HEALTH SYSTEM, COOK COUNTY HEALTH. THE FOUNDATION INVESTS IN SERVICES, NEEDED EQUIPMENT AND INNOVATIVE INITIATIVES TO ADDRESS THE SYSTEM'S AND ITS PATIENTS' NEEDS.
