WAS ESTABLISHED TO PROVIDE ALTERNATIVE LIVING ARRANGEMENTS UTILIZING FOSTER CARE, HOMEMAKER SERVICES, AND ADOPTION SERVICES FOR CHILDREN WHO MUST BE REMOVED FROM THEIR NATURAL HOMES AND PLACED ELSEWHERE. THEY ARE A SOCIAL SERVICE AGENCY COMMITTED TO PROVIDING AN EXCELLENT STANDARD OF CARE AND CULTURALLY COMPETENT SERVICES, WHILE COMMUNICATING COMPASSION, EMPATHY, AND HOPE FOR THE FUTURE. THEY CREATE A NEED-FULFILLING ENVIRONMENT LEADING CLIENTS TO EFFECTIVE, RESPONSIBLE CHOICES AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS IN THEIR LIVES.
