SUPPORT THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN THE GREATER HOUSTON AREA WITH ATTENTION TO AREAS IN HOUSTON THAT HAVE BEEN ECONOMICALLY DEPRESSED WITH HISTORICALLY LOW CAPITAL INVESTMENT AND JOB GROWTH. THE FOUNDATION IS ORGANIZED AND OPERATED TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT STRATEGIC PLANS FOR THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE GREATER HOUSTON REGION.
