WE ACCOMPLISH THIS THROUGH INNOVATIVE PROGRAMS TO PROVIDE HEALTH CARE COVERAGE WITH AN EMPHASIS ON PREVENTATIVE CARE AS WELL AS OUTREACH PROGRAMS TO THE COMMUNITIES AIMED AT ENHANCING AND PROMOTING HEALTHIER COMMUNITIES.
