ONCE THE DIGITAL IMAGES ARE ACQUIRED, DUPLICATES ARE CREATED FOR ARCHIVAL STORAGE. THE COLLECTIONS ARE CATALOGUED TO IDENTIFY THEM AND THEN MADE AVAILABLE ONLINE FOR SCHOLARSHIP.
