Mission
TO ENHANCE THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN HOTEL OWNERS AND OPERATORS AND UNION EMPLOYEES WORKING AT THE HOTELS. SPECIFICALLY, IT IS DESIGNED TO IMPROVE COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN REPRESENTATIVES OF LABOR AND MANAGEMENT WITH RESPECT TO MATTERS THAT ARE IMPORTANT FOR THE OPERATION OF HOTELS FROM EACH OF THE MANAGEMENT AND LABOR SIDE IDENTIFYING AND EXPLAINING AREAS OF IMPROVEMENT.
