KENDAL AT OBERLIN OPERATES A CONTINUING CARE RETIREMENT FACILITY IN OBERLIN, OH CONSISTING OF 225 RESIDENTIAL UNITS WITH A COMMON FACILITY, 5 CERTIFIED AND LICENSED MEDICARE NURSING HOME BEDS AND 55 LICENSED UNITS FOR RESIDENTIAL CARE, AND 19 PRIVATE MEMORY CARE SUITES. PROGRAM SERVICE COSTS ALSO INCLUDE ADMISSION EXPENSES. SERVICES INCLUDE HOUSING, CENTRAL DINING, A FULL CONTINUUM OF CARE ON PREMISES, AS WELL AS SOCIAL, CULTURAL AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES.
