LAWRENCE COUNTY COMMUNITY ACTION PARTNERSHIP IS DEDICATED TO ENHANCING THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN LAWRENCE COUNTY BY ELIMINATING AND PREVENTING THE CAUSES AND EFFECTS OF POVERTY BY MOBILIZING AND DIRECTING RESOURCES TO ASSIST, EDUCATE AND PROMOTE SELF-SUFFICIENCY.
