MECA SENDS SHIPMENTS OF AID TO PALESTINE, IRAQ AND LEBANON, AND SUPPORTS PROJECTS THAT MAKE LIFE BETTER FOR THE CHILDREN. WE EDUCATE NORTH AMERICANS ABOUT CHILDREN IN THE REGION.
