MISSION: MCES PROVIDES AN ARRAY OF CLINICALLY NECESSARY EMERGENCY PSYCHIATRIC AND CRISIS INTERVENTION SERVICES TO PERSONS WITH A PRIMARY OR EMERGENT NEED FOR SUCH SERVICES AND WHO ARE APPROPRIATE FOR CARE THROUGH OUR PROGRAMS.
