Our mission is to promote healthy, vibrant neighborhoods and serve as a first choice for homebuyer resources in Southern Colorado. We have four pillars: educate, build, lend, and engage, that guide us in everything we do. Our HUD-certified housing counselors provide education to homebuyers throughout the process of purchasing a home and also provide financial fitness classes and rental education as well as foreclosure education. We completed Hyde Park Gardens, a small subdivision on pueblo's west side, and began construction on Pikes Peak Park, a larger subdivision on pueblo's west side, in 2023. Our lending arm, Southern Colorado Community Lending, offers down payment assistance loans, rehab loans, and business loans. We engage our community through many activities including the Bessemer food pantry that provides food to those in need.
