THE ORGANIZATION EXPANDS ACCESS TO CLEAN SYRINGES THROUGH STREET-BASED OUTREACH, AND PROVIDES RESOURCES, ADVOCACY, AND A BROAD RANGE OF EDUCATIONAL, HEALTH AND REFERRAL SERVICES THAT REDUCE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH DRUG USE, INCLUDING HIV, VIRAL HEPATITIS AND OVERDOSE.
